A key part of our ongoing client relationships are regular account reviews to review progress against committed contract goals and to develop new initiatives and supply solutions.
We provide structured regular reviews to ensure performance across all areas of the relationship and identify new opportunities. Image would expect to provide regular feedback on all aspects of the relationship, whilst providing suggestions and initiatives to drive forward product cost savings, process improvements and the support of our client's corporate initiatives.
Image prides itself in positively developing our client relationships and seeking areas where we can add value and enhance the relationship. Firstly this is derived from a comprehensive understanding of our client activities and business strategies. From this the Image account team is able to promote and recommend areas of potential benefit from our portfolio of activities or from the new initiatives the business as a whole is consistently developing.
