- 1. Remove old wallcovering. 2. Fill holes/cracks. 3. Seal absorbent walls. 4. Allow to dry. 5. Ensure surfaces are clean and dry, sound and free from loose paint, dust and mould. 6. All tools (brushes, rollers etc.) must be clean before use. Paste the wall wallcoverings: 1. Paste the back of the wallcovering generously and evenly with pasting brush or roller. Allow the wallcovering to soak according to the wallcovering manufacturers guidelines, then hang and smooth using a wallcovering smoothing brush. 2. Paste all edges thoroughly and ensure they are stuck firmly to the wall. Paste the wall wallcoverings: 1. Apply with a roller a generous, even layer of adhesive onto the wall, one and a half wallcovering widths at a time. 2. Hang one length of wallcovering length immediately onto the pasted area of the wall and smooth with a wallcovering smoothing brush. 3. Repeat process until wall is completely covered
