Tala stainless steel meat thermometer. Easy to read. C and F readings. Ideal for all meats and roasts. Includes Roasting chart. For best results Set oven at 164C or 325F. Insert thermometer 5cm / 2€³ into the thickest part of the meat away from bone or gristle. Place uncovered roast in oven with dial facing door for easy reading. Remove roast when pointer reaches desired temperature €“ indicating desired degree of cooking.
