Vitax Organic Rooting Gel is made from natural plant extracts to help rooting and establish cuttings. It contains no synthetic growth hormones or fungicides.
Helps retain moisture during the vital early stage after taking the cutting
Suitable for soft, semi-hard or hardwood cuttings How to use Take cuttings below a leaf joint using a sharp knife. Remove leaves from the lower half of the cutting. Dip the base of the cutting into the gel. Plant up the cuttings, into a suitable moistened, free draining compost. Place cuttings in a propagation unit or cover with a plastic bag, sealed with an elastic band or similar. Place the cuttings in a light position but protected from direct sunlight. Water as necessary, ensuring the cutting does not dry out.
