Account Management
Fundamental to our client relationship is the calibre and experience of our Account Management team. The Account Management team extends across both our Internal and External Account Managers, together with key support staff across each functional area.
At Image we pride ourselves in positively developing our client relationships and seeking areas where we can add value and enhance the relationship. Led by our external Account Manager we seek to understand the specific requirements of each client business, with the expertise to structure and tailor account plans to deliver ongoing client benefits.
Our Account Management team are always on hand, whether it's at the end of the telephone to assist with regular daily enquiries, through to onsite meetings to undertake consultative surveys or business reviews.
