At Image we have policies in place to ensure that we deliver our products and services to meet the highest possible standards. We are proud of our business integrity and ethical approach, our people operate to and how we interact with all our stakeholders, our community and the environment.
Quality Policy - We strive for excellence in everything we do, offering the best possible service to our customers and stakeholder partners. We operate to a documented Quality Management System to ensure that we consistently deliver the highest attainable standards and continually review and improve the effectiveness of our quality objectives and quality management system.
Health & Safety Policy - Image recognises the importance of providing a safe working environment for our employees and all who come into contact with us. We are committed to the prevention of injury and continual improvement of safety, ensuing we operate at all times in accordance with the current legislation and codes of practice relating to health & safety.
Environmental Policy - Image is aware of the effect it’s activities and operations can have on the environment, and is committed to minimising this impact both directly and indirectly with our stakeholder partners. With respect to these environmental issues we have reviewed the impact our own business processes has on the environment and have considered our stakeholder requirements with regards to environmental matters.
Information Security Policy - Image recognises that in the course of its activities, it will collect, store and process a significant amount of information sensitive to both the business and its stakeholder partners. We are committed to ensuring this information is managed in an appropriately secure and lawful manner
Data Protection Policy - The aim of this policy is to ensure that all personal information the company holds is dealt with in a secure, confidential and accurate manner. The company understands and endorses the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. It respects the right to privacy within the workplace and works to balance that with the need to ensure compliance with company rules and with the civil and criminal law.
Equality & Diversity Policy - Image is committed to providing diversity and equality to all employees whether full time, part time or temporary. We wholeheartedly accept our legal obligations under the legislation which makes it generally unlawful to discriminate directly or, indirectly in any of our activities including in recruitment, employment or after employment.
Anti-Bribery Policy - Image values its reputation for ethical behaviour and recognises that trust and confidence in the propriety of its activities is essential to its continuing success. It is important that Image, its employees and agents behave, and are seen to behave appropriately and honestly at all times.
