Image is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, whilst maintaining a safe working environment and managing its impact on the environment.
We operate an integrated Quality Management System incorporating Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems, throughout the business with each area operating to specific performance measures and kpi's.
Through maintenance of the Quality Management System Image is certified to;
ISO9001:2015 Quality Accreditation by URS since 1994
ISO45001:2018 Health & Safety Accreditation by URS since 2000
ISO14001:2015 Environmental Accreditation by URS since 2010
This management system together with our accreditations, demonstrate our commitment to these standards, to our customers, suppliers and all our stakeholders.
The management system is regularly reviewed and audited, both internally and by external auditors, to maintain and improve our quality, a safe working environment and our impact on the environment.
The Quality Management System enables Image to:

We recognise that the Quality Management System and Accreditations do not alone guarantee these standards are met. They are dependent on all of us at Image, to operate to the agreed standards and processes, whilst regularly reviewing and identifying improvements should they arise.
